Southwest Sound, the performing chorus for the Fort Worth Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS), is an a cappella chorus based on the four part close harmony barbershop style of singing. Originally a men's chorus, we now encourage women to join us to form a mixed chorus. We have been providing entertainment in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas since 1952.
Our members meet once a week to hone our craft, prepare for upcoming events, and simply enjoy singing and camaraderie. Visitors are always welcome. Scroll to the bottom of the page for more information on when and where we meet.
